Matt had that critter caged inside of five minutes, and never made fun of me for clutching my pathetic broom-handle "weapon" the entire time. “I called A Wildlife Pro at 10am to report an issue and by 11:15am they were at my front door. I showed the Technician (Matt) where my problem was and within 5 minutes or less he was able to locate the issue and come up with the proper solution. All said and done I believe this took 20 minutes which was pretty unbelievable. Matt was very experienced at his job and I highly recommend them to anyone having an issue with animal control.”

“We had a copperhead living under a compressor housing right up against our house. I called a zillion numbers and no one would or could help. One place did offer a quote that involved an initial fee and an annual contract. When I reached Rachel, she explained that A Wildlife Pro did not work with venomous snakes but still spoke with me for quite a while with suggestions about who to try. While I was calling the other numbers and getting nowhere, Rachel called back and said that Kris, the owner would make an exception. Matt was here within 90 minutes and worked very hard to get not one but TWO copperheads out of the very tight space they were hiding in. I could not be more pleased.”
